By accessing or using DueGuard ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

DueGuard is a universal renewal and compliance tracker that helps you manage expiration dates for various items including:

• Driver's licenses and identification cards

• Warranties and service contracts
• Domain names and subscriptions
• Certifications and licenses
• Other items with expiration dates

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. User Accounts

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

• Use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
• Create backups and ensure data availability
• Improve and develop the Service

You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUEGUARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in any content

7.3 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate reminders and notifications, we do not guarantee that the Service will prevent you from missing any deadlines or expiration dates. You are solely responsible for verifying important dates and taking appropriate action.

You acknowledge and agree that DueGuard shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
